Hamptons style ginger jar
A beautiful Hamptons style ginger jar, this comes decorated with handpainted designs of a monkey holding a decorative tasselled parasol. Perched in an exotic palm tree and surrounded by blooming flowers, the monkey and his friends capture the wonder and beauty of the tropics. Painted in a soft indigo blue onto an off-white grey-ish background, the characterful effect is completed with the delicate crackle effect throughout the glaze.
Measures approx 22cm tall (including lid), 16cm wide and 16cm long.
