The Home Wreath Coir Doormat, is a charming entrance mat featuring the word ‘home’ in handwritten script within a delicate laurel wreath. Printed in steel grey against a mushroom brown-beige background, its gentle neutral palette brings character to a doorway without appearing overly bold. The combination of flowing lettering and botanical detail complements country, farmhouse, French Provincial and relaxed contemporary homes.

Measuring approximately 75 x 45 cm, this doormat is generously sized for a standard front or back door. Its substantial 4 cm profile creates an appealing sense of quality, while the firm coir fibres provide excellent shoe-scraping properties to help prevent loose dirt and debris from being carried indoors. Position it at a sheltered entrance, enclosed verandah or covered porch where the welcoming design can be enjoyed while remaining protected from excessive moisture.

Made from natural coconut coir, the mat has a robust, richly textured surface designed to cope with everyday foot traffic. The colour dye penetrates deeply into the fibres, helping the steel-grey design retain its appearance with appropriate care. Because coir is a natural material, minor differences in colour and texture, along with some loose fibres and natural shedding, should be expected. Regularly shaking or brushing the mat will remove collected dirt and keep its surface looking tidy. Combining practical performance with an inviting message, the Home Wreath Doormat makes a thoughtful finishing touch for an entrance used by family, friends and guests.

About Coir

Coir is a natural fibre obtained from the outer husk of coconuts. Its firm, coarse texture gives it excellent shoe-scraping properties, making it a practical material for entrance mats.

Coir Doormat Care

Position the doormat in a sheltered entrance and protect it from excessive moisture.
If the mat becomes wet, dry promptly and thoroughly.
Regularly shake or brush away loose dirt and naturally shed fibres.
Protect the coir fibres from scratching by pets and birds, as this can cause damage and excessive shedding.
