The Traditional Lavender Long Doormat captures the relaxed beauty of a country garden and brings it right to your doorstep. A graceful row of lavender bunches decorates the natural coir surface, framed by a green border that gives the design a neat and finished appearance. Its botanical motif feels inviting and familiar, making this generously sized mat a charming introduction to the home.
Designed for wider entrances, the 120 cm length works particularly well in front of double doors, French doors and broad verandah openings. The lavender imagery pairs naturally with painted doors, weathered pots, clipped greenery and traditional exterior details. It is an easy addition to French Provincial, country and cottage-inspired homes, where its garden character can echo planting around the entrance. The natural coir background keeps the design warm and understated, while the green border helps define the mat against stone, tiled or wooden thresholds.
Handcrafted by artisans from 100% natural coir fibres, this substantial doormat offers the textured scraping surface that makes coir so useful at a busy entrance. The printed colour penetrates deeply into the fibres for a lasting finish, and the 4 cm thickness gives the mat a solid presence underfoot. Coir naturally absorbs some moisture, so this mat will remain at its best when placed in a sheltered position, protected from excessive rain and allowed to dry promptly if it becomes wet. Both practical and decorative, it brings the enduring appeal of lavender to an entrance while providing useful coverage across a wider doorway.
