Turn an everyday entrance into a fresh, leafy welcome with the Monstera Palm Leaves Coir Doormat. Large green palm-like leaves spread across the warm natural coir background, bringing bold botanical character to the doorstep without losing the relaxed texture of a classic entrance mat. The rich green design feels lively and contemporary, making it an easy way to introduce a garden-inspired detail before guests step inside.

The regular 75 x 45 cm size is well suited to a standard doorway, while the approximately 4 cm depth gives the mat a substantial profile. Position it at a sheltered front door, beneath a covered porch or on a protected verandah where the oversized foliage can complement potted greenery and natural materials. Its botanical motif works particularly well with contemporary, coastal and tropical-inspired entrances. Check the clearance beneath your door before positioning, especially where the door opens directly over the mat.

Handwoven by artisans from 100% natural coconut fibres, this doormat combines decorative impact with the practical scraping qualities of firm, coarse coir. Its textured surface helps remove dirt from shoes, while natural variations in colour, texture and appearance give every handcrafted mat its own individual character. To preserve its finish, keep the mat in a sheltered position away from excessive moisture and dry it promptly and thoroughly if wet. Shake or brush away loose dirt and naturally shed fibres regularly, and protect the coir from scratching by pets and birds to help prevent damage and excessive shedding.

Complete your leafy entrance with one of our garden planters and create an inviting display around the doorway.

About Coir

Coir is a natural fibre obtained from the outer husk of coconuts. Its firm, coarse texture gives it excellent shoe-scraping properties, making it a practical material for entrance mats.

Coir Doormat Care

Position the doormat in a sheltered entrance and protect it from excessive moisture.
If the mat becomes wet, dry promptly and thoroughly.
Regularly shake or brush away loose dirt and naturally shed fibres.
Protect the coir fibres from scratching by pets and birds, as this can cause damage and excessive shedding.
