Bring a relaxed desert-inspired welcome to your doorway with the Santa Fe Cactus Coir Doormat. Repeating black cactus silhouettes stand out against the warm natural coir, creating a playful pattern with an easy, earthy character. The simple neutral palette lets the motif take centre stage while remaining versatile enough to complement light or dark doors, wooden decking, brickwork and stone. It is an appealing choice for anyone who enjoys botanical details with a distinctive south-western influence.

Measuring 75cm long by 45cm wide, this regular-sized doormat sits neatly at most standard entrances. Its generous 4cm thickness gives the mat a substantial appearance, while the firm coir fibres provide excellent shoe-scraping properties for removing loose dirt before it enters the home. Place it at a sheltered front door, back entrance or covered porch, where the repeating cactus design can add personality without overwhelming the surrounding decor. A nearby planter or simple garden accent will carry the natural theme through the rest of the entryway.

Handwoven by artisans from 100% natural coir, the Santa Fe doormat combines practical construction with the individual character of a handcrafted piece. Coir is obtained from coconut husks and is valued for its tough, coarse texture, making it especially well suited to busy thresholds. Minor variations in colour, texture and appearance are natural to the fibres and production process. Regularly shake or brush away loose dirt and naturally shed fibres, protect the mat from excessive moisture, and dry it promptly and thoroughly if it becomes wet.

Continue the botanical theme outdoors with our collection of garden decor.

About Coir

Coir is a natural fibre obtained from the outer husk of coconuts. Its firm, coarse texture gives it excellent shoe-scraping properties, making it a practical material for entrance mats.

Coir Doormat Care

Position the doormat in a sheltered entrance and protect it from excessive moisture.
If the mat becomes wet, dry promptly and thoroughly.
Regularly shake or brush away loose dirt and naturally shed fibres.
Protect the coir fibres from scratching by pets and birds, as this can cause damage and excessive shedding.
