Riviera Blue Ceramic Spoon Rest

The Riviera Blue Ceramic Spoon Rest brings a calm wash of coastal colour to one of the kitchen’s most practical little essentials. Its softly mottled reactive glaze creates gentle variations of blue across the shallow form, while the subtly fluted rim adds texture and definition. Compact and quietly decorative, it gives cooking utensils a dedicated place to rest without making the bench feel cluttered.

Position it beside the cooktop while stirring sauces, preparing a roast or serving a relaxed family meal. The shallow centre accommodates a wooden spoon, spatula or serving utensil, helping keep drips and cooking residue contained between uses. Its fresh blue finish works naturally with white ceramics, striped linen and wooden chopping boards, making it a lovely fit for Hamptons and coastal kitchens. Pair it with the coordinating Riviera oil bottle and butter dish to create a useful group of everyday pieces united by colour and glaze.

Made from ceramic, the spoon rest has a smooth glazed surface and a reassuring weight that helps it sit neatly on the kitchen bench. The reactive glazing process gives each piece its own shifts in tone and pattern, adding the character of a handcrafted-looking finish without compromising its simple function. Dishwasher-safe care makes it easy to clean after cooking, so it can return quickly to its place beside the stove. Useful, attractive and easy to coordinate, it is a thoughtful small gift for a home cook or a practical finishing touch for your own kitchen.
