Marlesford Vintage Tin Wall Clock

The Marlesford Vintage Tin Wall Clock has the wonderfully weathered character of a piece discovered in an old French workshop. Its silvery grey metal face is framed by a broad, textured rim with darkened edges and rivet-style details. Slender black hands, Roman numerals and French-inspired lettering stand out clearly against the mottled background, giving the clock a distinctive industrial presence.

With its restrained colour palette and generous round shape, Marlesford makes an easy focal point for a kitchen, living room, hallway or home office. It will sit comfortably above a timber console, sideboard or open shelving, where its cool metal tones can provide contrast against warm wood and woven textures. Style it with a simple ceramic vase, leafy foliage and a few collected books to create a relaxed arrangement that feels established rather than overly polished. Its design works especially well in rustic, vintage and French country interiors.

Made from metal with a glass front, the clock combines practical timekeeping with strong decorative appeal. A keyhole hook on the back allows it to be mounted neatly against the wall, while the battery-powered mechanism means there are no visible cords to interrupt the display. The intentionally aged finish includes tonal variation, darker edges and distressed markings that give every detail a timeworn quality. Whether used to complete a layered wall or displayed as a standalone feature, Marlesford lends texture, contrast and quiet personality to the room.
