Bonjour Green Gingham Door Mat

A friendly greeting and a generous gingham check make the Bonjour Green Gingham Door Mat an easy way to brighten your entrance. Olive green squares sit alongside soft blue-grey, white and natural tones, with white “BONJOUR” lettering across the centre. Narrow brown bands finish the top and bottom of the design. The combination feels fresh and cheerful, with a little French influence that suits a relaxed country home. It is the kind of everyday detail that makes arriving home feel a little more personal.

Let the green in the pattern pick up the colour of a painted door or leafy plants nearby. The softer blue-grey squares add another colour to work with, while the natural coir tones sit comfortably beside timber and stone. For a cottage-inspired entryway, pair the mat with a favourite planter and keep the rest of the arrangement simple. You could carry the gingham feeling into your hallway with other checked accents, or let this one piece provide the pattern. It also makes a thoughtful housewarming gift for someone who enjoys a welcoming home with a touch of personality.

Made from coir with a PVC backing, Bonjour brings useful texture to its decorative design. Coir fibres come from the outside of coconuts and have scraping properties that make them well suited to a doormat. To keep it looking its best, avoid excessive wetting and allow it to dry quickly if it gets wet. With its broad checks, warm natural tones and friendly lettering, this mat offers a simple way to bring colour and cottage charm to the doorway.
