Scanlan Terracotta Table Lamp - Small

The Scanlan Terracotta Table Lamp - Small brings the familiar charm of an old pottery vessel to an everyday lighting piece. Its rounded ceramic base has two small loop handles and a gently narrowed neck, creating an urn-like silhouette beneath the beige linen shade. The hand-brushed terracotta effect adds earthy colour and a softly mottled appearance, giving the lamp a relaxed, rustic character. It is a lovely way to introduce warmth to a neutral room, with enough detail to catch the eye without overwhelming the space.

Place Scanlan on a bedside table to make your evening surroundings feel more inviting, or use it on a living room side table alongside a favourite framed photograph. Its smaller proportions also lend themselves to a console arrangement, where the curved base can soften the straight lines of furniture and frames. Pair it with natural timber, cream ceramics and leafy greenery for a simple country look, or bring it into a French country setting with muted colours and timeworn textures. The beige shade keeps the palette gentle and easy to coordinate with existing furnishings.

The base is made from ceramic and brushed by hand to achieve its rustic terracotta effect, while the included linen shade adds another layer of texture. The decorative handles give the design its distinctive pottery-inspired character, making it appealing even when the lamp is switched off. A switch on the cord provides everyday control, and the lamp takes an E27 bulb. With its combination of useful lighting and warm, familiar shapes, Scanlan makes a thoughtful addition to the places where you settle in and unwind.
